NBA Players And Club Owners Still Fail To Reach An Agreement

NEW YORK - MICOM: club owners and NBA players gathered for more than eight hours with a mediator George Cohen in New York. But the two sides could not agree.

Profit sharing remains a major obstacle that made the NBA owners imposed a blockade since 1 July and resulted in the cancellation of the first calendar month of the NBA.

NBA Commissioner David Stern said the NBA owners have taken five or six because Cohen recommendation to provide players with 49-51% of net sales.
